How to: Open all documents with similar summary information (properties).
Solution:
Select the 'File' menu and select 'Open...'. Click 'New Search', then click 'Advanced...'. Type summary information (to be found) in the appropriate boxes, and click 'Find Now' to execute the search.
1) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Open...'. (The Open dialog box appears.)
2) Click 'New Search'.
3) Click 'Advanced...'. (The Advanced Find dialog box appears.)
4) Type search criteria (based on information in the Properties dialog box or based on text in the document itself.)
5) Click 'Find Now'. (This closes the Advanced Find dialog box and displays the names of any files that contain the search criteria.)
6) Click 'Cancel' to close the 'Open' dialog box.
